Steven E. Rus is a professional engineer with Black and Veatch Holding Company, Overland Park, Kansas.  Mr. Rus has 28 years of power industry experience and is the Director of the Nuclear Organization at Black and Veatch where his responsibilities include the management of all nuclear power work for the company. He has served in management of several foreign and domestic power generation stations that include both nuclear and fossil fuel. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas in 1976. He is a registered professional engineer in Florida and Kansas. He belongs to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the American Nuclear Society.
