VISION

Fulfilling its commitment to keep in step with changing member needs, demographics of potential members and the manufacturing marketplace at large, SME has adopted a brand new Strategic Plan. A Strategic Planning Task Force, consisting of key staff and representatives from various groups within the organization (i.e., Education Foundation, associations, past presidents, directors, chapters and regions), recently finalized this new Plan which builds upon the Society’s Strategic Plan that was created in 1994.

The Society of Manufacturing Engineers engages its members to provide the networking and knowledge that enables their professional growth in the manufacturing community.
